About this course:
This course gives a detailed explanation of the different types of construction contracts and enables Built Environment professionals to have a clearer understanding of the intent and mechanisms of each of the latest versions of the four contracts used in South Africa, namely FIDIC 2017, NEC 4, GCC 2015 and JBCC 6.2.
This course will empower learners to:
• Know the differences between these four very different contract forms.
• Have greater confidence in the administration of the contracts.
