Meet the Course Presenter

Mr Colin Elliott is a recently retired lecturer from Walter Sisulu University in East London in the Department of the Built Environment where he lectured for 26 years. As a lecturer, he was the Quantity Surveying subject coordinator. He has also worked in a number of companies in the East London area, in both professional Quantity Surveying offices and construction companies. While working for the Quantity Surveying companies, he was involved in all aspects of measuring quantities for Bill Production. He has been an External Moderator and Examiner for the Advanced Descriptive Quantification Examinations for a number of years.
